Hello,

Currently i'm living in Japan with a student visa (i'm studying japanese)

I've read that to get a sponsored visa (work visa) you need a company that sponsors you, and a degree. I don't have a degree, so my question is, is it completely impossible for me to get a working visa? If i find a company that sponsors me, will immigration reject my application because i don't have a degree?

It depends on the work field! Depending on the work field, a university degree is not necessary. Instead, a certain amount of professional experience is needed. The basic requirements are outlined on the following page:
