how to say about wrong goods delivered

Hi,

I need help~~ I've ordered some goods from Japan but 1 of the items is not correct. I want to email the company about it in Japanese, so that there'll be no miscommunication. The content will probably look like this:

The goods have arrived. However, one of the items is wrongly delivered. Instead of AAA as indicated in my order, BBB was included in the delivery box.

Please tell me what I should do next./Please advise.
