Full tank in Japanese?

Hi everyone!
I have rented a car in Japan a few times and always use a full service gas station to fill up the tank. I don't know the correct word for full tank, so I've said "Ippai, onegaishimasu". Although they get what I mean, I can see from their faces that this is not the correct word to be used. Plz, let me know what to say to sound a bit more natural.

Anders,
The usual expression is "mantan kudasai", with "mantan" meaning "full tank".
