contact with Japanese soccer clubs

im a freelance proffesional soccer player, and im looking for a way to contact with any japanese soccer club of any division, and ask for an invitation to get on trial

If anyone knows any way how i can do that, please answer me

-do you think is better to contact with the teams individually or to the press officers staff? ,
- the better way is to send them mail or email or call?
-i cant type japanese, is it okay if i contact to them in english?
