hi! im fililipino national and i want to know if its easy to get japanese visa again because last 6months i been already in japan my fiance get me as tourist visa only but i want to know if when i apply again for tourist visa, do you think i can go get again visa when i apply in december because i already been to japan last 6months?

To be honest, I'm not Immigration officer so I do not know, but if you have been in Japan the whole past six months already as a tourist, they will surely ask for proof that you have enough funds to enjoy sightseeing in Japan for the next six months, without engaging in any paid work.
