The first one is a bit confusing, but my best guess is:
"demo julian to issho (mitara) nara dekiru kamo shirenai" -But together with Julian, maybe I can do that.
"kare to hanashite iru kara motto genki ni natta!" - Because I'm talking/keeping in touch with him/my boyfriend, I am now feeling far better!
"kare" can be a pronoun for "he," or can be "my boyfriend."
