How to be anime voice actor in japan?

I am american male who is looking to become an anime voice actor. Where would i go and who might i talk to in order to get my foot in the door? I can do a wide variety of character's voices with a fluent japanese accent as well as accentless japanese. Also, with that kind of talent what do you think my chances are of becoming famous? Thank you!
