Any experience with Borderless House?

Hi there !
Me and some friends wants to stay next summer (2011) for one month in Japan.
We're students from germany and we dont have much money..
We're look for guesthouses and so one and found "Borderless House".

That sounds really nice :D

So I wanted to ask:
Does anybody ever stayed at a Borderless House?
And would you recommend it?
Or does anybody knows a better guesthouse, thats not too expensive?

I stayed at Borderless last year for around 5 months during a study abroad. It was a great experience. However I am pretty sure that they only accept people who are staying more than 3 months, In the case of staying one month you should be able find hostels which cater to foreigners.
