I would like to either buy or exchange seeds. I am looking for Angelica keiskei seeds.

Itfs called ashitaba, in Japanese.
It's treated as vegetable though it's wild plant. (Wild plants nursery doesnft deal them).
Sometimes famous seeds company, like Takii or Sakata, deals ashitaba. For example Takii sells young plant of ashitaba on web now.
