Exchange student program for Malaysian

Dear all,
I'm a Undergraduate from University of Malaya.
Recently, I had been offered for a opportunity to have exchange program in any Asia country, and I really wish that I could have it in Japan. I would like to know on which University is most suitable for international student to have exchange program? Provided courses conducted in English. I'm an economics student with some basic Japanese speaking skill. Thanks. =)

have class provided in English. they have 3000 foreign student there.
