I'm 5.9 ft male and 15 years old. Im quarter okinawan and regular japanese. Is that tall their?

There is not a big difference in the heights of boys your age in Okinawa and mainland Japan. At 5'9" you are perhaps just slightly towards the taller end of average for a 15 year old here.
