Postal service track & trace

Hi,
I just ended a 4 week trip to Japan. And as always i bought more thane the airline allows me to check-in for luggage (without paying a steep charge).
So i sent some goods by the Japanes postal service to my home address in Europe. Because i do not need these goods right away i used the slowest (=surface) mail option.
Now i tried to 'track and trace' the parcel(s). My countries post office does not provide any information (as it is not in their hands yet).
So i tried to find an internet address (preferable in English) of the Japanese postal service to check my barcode. But i was unsuccesful.
Does anybody know a site were you can 'track and trace' a parcel sent via the Japanese post office?
