Many manufacture made this, you can find out write in "干しいも" package in Supermarket.

Hoshi-gaki - (as dried fruits persimmon)
Persimmon are rare, isn't it?
You can find out in Supermarket too.
Hoshi-imo and Hoshi-gaki are very organic one.
