Communicating with Hyperdia

I've been emailing Hyperdia with various questions, including as to when they may update their timetable listings. So far, none have ever been answered. Has anyone else had success, or lack thereof trying to contact them?

I emailed them a while ago when the new version first came out and received a very prompt, but generic, reply. It certainly answered my queries.

I emailed them several years ago about adding the option to exclude the Nozomi in the search results as it is not covered by the JR-Rail Pass and received a prompt answer rejecting the idea but a year later they added the option in any case :-)
