This is anil from india. Iam in japan on tourist visa. I have married a japanese national in japan.and also apply for visa extension（haigusha visa）. But it will take a lot of time and my tourist visa will expire after 20days. What i have to do for visa extension ?

Anil,
When you apply for a spouse visa, you will get a stamp in your passport that indicates that your new visa is being processed, so there is no problem if your current visa expires before you actually receive your new visa. Just make sure you apply before your tourist visa expires!
