Tottori University e-mail listed in "send correspondence to" does not work for ***3452@grape.med.tottori-u.ac.jp...why is that?

I don't see any e-mail with that domain on their website; their e-mail contacts end with @adm.tottori-u.ac.jp

That's the proper domain for the Tottori University Medical Faculty. I can't find the first author on their faculty list (he may not be working there anymore), but the other author is head of their Urology Department. You can find the department contact info here:

The journal article e-mail was from an earlier position the professor held at the Tottori University! I have gotten a response and updated e-mail address. Thank you everyone, especially the co-authors at Tottori that helped me with update.
