I am interested in knowing how I can find some kind of English speaking playgroup for my toddler who will be growing up bilingual. I was hoping for some kind of group of parents that gather casually with the kids to play, not a school/preschool. Any advice? Thank you!

The first place I would ask would be my local city/ward office. Also check out your local community centres, which may have multi-racial toddler & parent groups.
