Haircut and color in tokyo

The last time I went to the hairdresser in Tokyo, i made the very big mistake of going with one of my asian friend to a hirdresser who had obviously never worked with non-asian hair.
She thinned my hair a lot, and as they are like, reaaally thin to begin with, it had -as expected- a very bad result...

I plan to go back, but I don't know how to find a hairdresser who can deal with thin hair and don't make them worse than before...
Also, I would like to get some meshes at the same time I cut it...

Does anyone know the adress of a good hairdresser for caucasians?
Preferably in the Center of Tokyo area...
