Food essence in Tokyo?

I get vanilla, almond and lemon essence/ extracts quite easily in any supermarket, however I need Strawberry, Pistacious, Pineapple and other food essence, I will be thankful if anyone can give me some info. I checked in Kappabashi no joy. Hoping to get some info.Thanks

Try Cuoca, a shop specialized in ingredients and utensils for cooking/baking. They have shops in Jiyugaoka, Shinjuku and Kichijoji. They also have an online shop. (I did quick check and found they have at least carrying vanilla, bitter almond, sakura, maple, strawberry, coffee, lemon, raspberry, rum, Valencia orange, melon, Earl Grey, rose, caramel, and peppermint online.
