I intend to have my Pre-wedding photo taken in Tokyo, and would like to know where I can arrange for my wedding make-up and hair-do? and how much it cost.

You can do it at any department store like Isetan or Takashimaya, however those will probably be some of your most expensive options. You can always call though or go in, usually the bridal salon is on the higher floors with the Kimono salon. Good luck!

Plenty of hair salons will do this, probably for around 8,000-15,000 yen. Where in Tokyo will you be?
