Home/Hardware stores (in kyoto esp.)?

Hi does anyone know of any big home depot-type/ hardware stores where I can buy a rain chain?
They look like this:

They attach to gutters and the rain falls down them. In Japanese they are called kusari doi (����).
I am looking for a plastic one.

So does anyone know of any stores that would sell that kind of home-ware? I am in kyoto city so I can probably find most major chains if I know what they're called!

The main home center (chain) in Kyoto is Kohnan. They have multiple locations. Another smaller chain is Nikku.

The item you're looking for is quite expensive so they might only have plastic or cheaply made versions at these home centers.
