Hi, I'll be travelling to Abashiri for the ice breaking cruise. Do I need to buy tickets in advance or I can just get it over the counter? Thanks.

You can buy it on the day at the ticket counter if the cruise is not booked out already. On some days some cruises might be booked out. So, to avoid unpleasant surprises, I recommend to reserve in advance.
