Second hand Figure Shops 2011/9/24 00:04
I will be going to Tokyo in October (and possibly 1 day Osaka), could you tell me some good places to buy second hand figures (from games, manga etc).

Reason I want second hand is to save money, alos appreciate a list of shops that do new figures for cheaper prices.

Thank you

Try Mandarake in Akihabara. I think they're supposed to be the largest store that specializes in second hand character goods such as anime, manga, figurines, etc. They also have branches at Nakano Broadway, Shibuya, Ikebukuro, and Shinjuku.

Something that you grandparents used was junk when they got rid of it. Then, 20 years later it became treasured second hand then, valued vintage..
Once it is 75-100 years old it becomes antique...
