Where in Japan can I make Oshigata & Gyotaku?

Oshigata is rubbings of swords and Gyotaku fish printing. I am going to japan and I am very interested in both courses in these techniques and places to look at these pictures.Because I have read what I can find on the subject on Gyotaku in this forum, I am aware of Mineo Yamamoto outside of tokyo, I think I will contact him. I am grateful for any further tips you can give me on these subjects.
