The sentence you mentioned in written like this in Japanese: Nͺ’κΞ»κΕ’’
There are no websites that will do this translation automatically, because there are lots of words in Japanese that have the same pronunciation but different meanings. For example, "ireba" (’κΞ) can also be written as "όκ", which means "false teeth". There is no way of telling which is correct automatically, so you have to get a human to do it.

You mean you just want to translate the letter "J" into Japanese?
I don't even think thats possible.
There's a phonetic translation that is possible, but depends on how you plan to use it.

Are you referring to Romanji as being 'Japanese Pronunciation'?
If so, if you are translating into Hiragana it is actually quite easy! About.com has some excellent pages teaching Hiragana, and showing you the hiragana alphabet, and I have found it quite easy to translate the romanji into hiragana using this resource.
Of course, it would be best to let a native speaker/advanced speaker look over the translation just to check it, but I'm a beginner and I find that translating using a hiragana chart as a reference is very simple to do!
