I've always wanted to be a artist since i was little (im only 13)then i started reading manga and i am just in LOVE with it! i was wondering if i could be a artist and just be that, like selling my work or somthing of the sort. i have no clue how to become one or if i need to go to collage but all i know is i would like to become one.(my real name is miranda)

Yes, you should finish school. If you wish to work in Japan you should probably also finish University and get a Bachelor Degree to assist you in getting a Work Visa.

It is not easy at all to become a manga artist so you have a difficult path ahead of you.
