Hi there!

I was recently sent the following passage from my friend, Keichi. I have an idea of what it means in English, but could someone possibly tell me what it is in normal English? I need help.

This: 梨乃さんとマイクさんがいます。
梨乃さんはマイクさんの頭役をやり、マイクさんは梨乃さんのうで役をやります。
2人で積み木を高く積み上げます
