How to say happy new year and something else 2012/12/31 07:39
Hi all sorry if this has been asked before but firstly how do I say 'I wish you a happy new year'??

Secondly also how's best to say ' I hope the new year brings you every dream you wish for and could want'??

And lastly ' I cannot wait to meet you'

Sorry for asking for such strange translations and thank you everyone in advance for any help anyone can give me.

Oh and indeed happy new year to all J-guide users :)

If it's AFTER the new year has started, you would say:
- Akemashite omedetou gozaimasu. (Literally: congratulations that the new year started)

If it's BEFORE the new year starts, then you say:
- Yoi otoshi wo omukae kudasai. (Literally: I hope you will welcome a good year.)

I hope the new year brings you every dream you wish for and could want
- Negai ga subete kanau shin-nen ni narimasu you ni!
(May all your wishes come true in the new year!)

I cannot wait to meet you
- Aeru no wo tanoshimi ni shite imasu. (I am looking forward to being able to meet you.)
