Looking for a Japanese Surname 2013/1/29 01:06
Hello everyone!

I am looking forward to change my entire name later on to a Japanese one. By that I mean both first and Surname. Now I have already chosen either Kazuo or Kiyoshi as my first name, but I can't seem to find any good surname that fits to these. Thanks in advance for the suggestions :)

Hi!(^-^)/
Both of Kazuo and Kiyoshi are very common Japanese name, I think any surname fits.
What meaning do you want to include your name?
Or what do your true name mean?

And after then, also you may want to choose Kanji for your name.
Because meaning is based on Kanji.
For example,
一男(Kazuo; the 1st boy/a man)
和夫(Kazuo; friendly man)
清志(Kiyoshi; noble mind)
清士(Kiyoshi; integrity samurai)
and so on.

BTW, "Kiyoshi" is an adjective means "pure".
きよしこの夜(Kiyoshi kono yoru; holy this night) is a very popular German song in Japan.
