Does anyone know what the "shifuku no onsen time" part means? I looked up the phrase and got an onsen in Hokkaido...is that the name of the Onsen?

It's something like "during my blissful bath-soaking time" "while I enjoy my blissful moments soaking in bath/hot spring bath."
