What does it say here? I know it talk about a letter and sadness ect... But I cannot fully translate it please translate to English so I can understand.

hi, I'm not good at English at all, but there seems to be no reply from others, I dare to challenge this translation.
I read her letter again and again. Whenever I read it, I remember her gazing at me and I'm filled with unbearable sadness. I didn't know how to deal with it, so I just endured and hid it from the eyes of others. It's as if the storm had taken my body away and had hidden my existence and weight or even myself.
I hope this will help you. bye!

BTW, 御苦労様 is a bit rude to thank for someone's kindness. It's for appreciation of worker who have an obligation to do it. So in this case ありがとう is better.
