For those that want easy, plug and play service I'd recommend looking at a portable wifi hotspot instead of a data sim. Those tend to have better data service/limits and are pretty much ready to go out of the box with little or no setup. Otherwise the coverage areas are the same and the prices are pretty comparable.

I tried eConnect 3 times and never had any problems.
1 GB was enough to browse Google maps and upload many pictures to Facebook for 1 month. Just turn off auto-updates on 4G and you will be fine.
