You are right, ANA has more convenient schedules and the price difference, currently, is only 2300 JPY. But I find Skymark's schedule interesting because it allows you to spend the whole day in Sapporo and then go to the airport with the last train of the day. Moreover, I'm kind of an aviation Geek, and I never flew with Skymark (with ANA, once), so that is anoter plus ;-)
Anyway, as soon as I have the information about Heiwajima onsen's shuttle bus departing from Domestic Terminal or not, I will post it here.
