Make sure to take countermeasures against the heatstroke.

Sports drinks are sold
at station kiosks, at convenience stores, at supermarkets,
and at food sections (mostly on the basement) of department stores.

Also, I recommend you prepare for the gap
between the cool-conditioned air in buildings or Shinkansen trains
and the hot outdoor air.
