Could work if there is enough dryers and you have 45-60 minutes to waste waiting.

So Likebike and H!
Now I know who to blame when I try and do my washing and someone is using all of the driers for a few pieces and only 1 washer was being used previously!!!
I hold you personally responsible now for every double used drier in Japan when I visit in June/July!

I will be very busy in June and July trying to travel to as many hotels across Japan as possible and filling up the dryers. You could help me by providing the list where youfll be so I can optimize my dryer use strategy for maximum annoyance ☺️

Don't have to worry about me. I only to units or apartments with kids. These have their own dual washer-dryer. Set and forget while I am sleeping.
No way I'd ever do hotels with kids again.

I believe that I'll be spending most of my time on Yonaguni, Rishi, Rebun Islands with side trips to the Japanese Antarctic stations....
