Keisei Skyliner doesn't stop at Yawata. Only limited express and rapid do. There is no express on that segment of the Keisei Line, BTW.

Narita Express isn't expensive if you use the 'Suica and NEX' combo (3,500 yen in total).
This combo consists of 1,500 yen Narita Express and connecting trains rides to your final destination in Tokyo Area, a 500 yen suica card which is refundable after use and 1,500 yen suica credit that can be topped up via the ticket machine etc as you need it.
