Pretty good quality uniform

http://www.lawrarashop.comMy friend and I bought uniform here last month for cosplay function and the price is pretty cheap. Also, the quality is pretty good. They answer my questions very quickly also, just one thing they are not selling real school uniform (no school logo on uniform) but it doesnt matter to me though. I ordered very close to the date I went to function but they have pre-made items and ship really quick, so I recommend it. : )

There are two more sites I know of that sell a lot of authentic japanese merchandise. jlist.com (18+) jbox.com (all ages) they even sell the loose socks japanese girls wear and socks glue to hold them up.

In answer to the second post: Actually, uniforms differ around the world. While they are alike in the same pleated skirt button shirt aspect, many americans find the Seifuku to be the most attractive of any school uniform. And while it is not true that every japanese school's uniform is a seifuku, there are some schools that do have them. (And many schools in Japan have no uniform at all, only a dress code like american schools.) These "sailor Uniforms" are hard to find, and e-bay is your best bet. Also Cosmates.jp is a great site for sailor fuku and Lolita dresses since it is a Japanese company. Hope you found that helpful!

You guys are a hoot and are fun to laugh at but I must end this. This is a link to an online costume shop. It has what you need.
www.cosmates.jp/shop/index/cp-43_90.html I found it becuase a friend and I recently had this same problem because we deciced we were going to give up our all black garb for uniforms, and while were at it why not make them japanese since were such big manga fans. well, we hunted this down and found what we were looking for.The prices here are not that bad concidering how much the average american girl spends on brand names such as Abercrombie and Holliester. There you could buy one top for about 50$, one whole outfit on this link is 55$. Not bad, em?
PS- why do you want it, nothing dirty I hope.

Well I purchased from cosmates.jp and the prices were ridiculesly expensive (go directly to Bodyline for half the price) because I didn't know better - and the guy Hiroshi was really rude and overcharged me (still waiting for a particial refund from him). Last time I purchase from them!
I can't find an English site for Bodyline (but they do have a web-site and actual shop if your in Tokyo - can anyone help here?!).
The only other Japanese site for cosplay goods I can find is loveyoko.net Good quick service and even better prices - will definately purchase from them again when they get some new items in.
Can anyone help with any other Japanese cosplay sites (that are in English)?

a bit of a late bump to this thread, but here is the english website of the Bodyline store that someone mentioned http://www.bodyline.co.jp/bodyline/default.aspthey only accept paypal but ship worldwide. the uniforms are in the 'cosplay' section. They arent real ones, ofcourse, but they are very good condition considering the cheap price! the shipping can be a bit expensive though, but they only do EMS or DHL (express) so that is why. it is the cheapest good quality one i found, and if you are buying a 'bodyline' brand one, get it from here! the ones on cosmates are more expensive!
