I can relate to this thread...
I have a deviated septum and as such require a special surgically designed coffee cup. The cup looks somewhat strange to the innocent bystander but is essential for me to use to drink coffee, or any liquid really.. would I be viewed weirdly if I was to take my own cup with me when I visit restaurant's and asked for my drinks to be served in my own cup?
If this is a problem maybe I could just use a straw....but this is very difficult with hot liquids as you can imagine.
