I applied on November 28th for my Business Manager Visa.

I'm still waiting, from USA and I did everything they requested. No reply from immigration about documents needed.

Did anyone have a COE issued for Business Manager Visa?

I have also applied for a same visa from the middle of february 2023. And had submitted all the additional required documents as well after everything i am still waiting... pls let me know once you get yours i am regular to this thread from nepal.

Applied for business manager too. Applied in late January. Also didn�ft get asked about additional documents. Whenever my lawyer visits, they always say �eIt's in screening�f.

Is anyone here passed their COE on Fukuoka? how long does it take? I passed mine one June 16, 2023 and they asked for additional requirements on June 28, 2023 until now I don't have any news from them.

@DG Can I ask how you applied for a COE for the J-FIND visa? I qualify for the visa and I 'd like to apply for it, but as I understand it you need an employer in Japan to apply for the COE? But the J-FIND visa is specifically designed for job hunting, so I wouldn't have an employer in Japan. How does this work?

Hi @SMR, I applied via an immigration lawyer in Japan (you need someone within Japan to apply for you and it can't be you, maybe unless you're changing from a different long-term visa?) and you need most written submissions translated to Japanese. My understanding is that you don't need a job offer (and I don't have one)! I haven't heard back from them yet, but my application was submitted manually to the Tokyo immigration office and they did check that everything was in order before accepting the application.

We submitted:
1) proof of graduation from a university on their list within the last 5 years
2) My CV in their format in English and Japanese
3) Proof of sufficient funds
4) Plan showing what I intend to do in Japan in English and Japanese
5) Application and legal representation consent form filled by the lawyer and signed by me
6) Passport scan

I am also waiting coe from Hokkaido Sapporo immigration applied in 2023/4/16 so please post another message after you receive coe deep saan

Anyone here who have submitted their requirements in Tokyo bureau on the last week of April to early May? Have you already gotten your COE?

No additional documents asked, no updates, no nothing. No idea what's going on anymore.
My company tells me to just wait.
Anyone having a similar case as mine?

Anyone who has received their Engineer/Specialist in humanities/International services COE from Osaka Immigration after submitting it around 11 May, 2023 ?

Still waiting here for my instructor's visa COE submitted on the last week of March and same updates received from the company to wait as it is under review. I just got hopeful with this thread that somehow my case is still normal.
