@Warrior1 (guest)
Sorry to hear about your result. May be a language would have created a problem but since you changed the job and started new company and that point they may think it as a state of uncertainty. That might be the reason for rejection. Always they ask for stability of income and support your life in Japan by yourself.
You can surely try with new documents. All the best !

@warrior1 I believe its a mix of red flags that you gathered all during the application process, and for that it means you are unstable in their way of thinking. By starting a new company you have no revenue report yet, so usually they want 1 year report when you apply with company, also the violation is recent which is not good for the application, and last the language level Personally i think if you wait 1 year or something and you are financially stable you can re-apply and it should be ok If you have eijyuken just wait and apply again, hope you will get it next time

@Jun 3211
What is written in hagaki? Normally should get a call from homukyoku and then name publishing in kanpou. If hagaki that means some additional documents are needed or asking for renunciation or may be a rejection letter.
What exactly is written in letter?

@by Rohan (guest) Received phonecall in November mid to check on status, job etc. Was hoping name in Kanpou but after 1 week tantousha called me again. There was some translation mistake in document which he corrected. Then asked me to wait. Meanwhile December had to travel abroad so called him and put application on Pause. Returned mid-January and again told him by call. H checked the status of job, any violation etc. and said wait for some more time.
Whats your case @ Rohan (guest). Already interview is completed?

@Jun 3211 You should wait for the letter to arrive at your home for exact answer. What is triggering you to think in negative way?

@ Jun 3211 Donft know the issue but possible reasons might be a proficiency in language. Any previous history of deportation , police case etc. your case is pretty sure to get nationality as having PR and also seishain. Also gold license no violations. Which houmukyoku you applied? Was your tanstosha friendly ? Sorry but Which country are you from ?
Trying after some more time would be good.

@ Jun 3211 Probably need to improve Japanese skills as it is the basic requirement for naturalization. I donft see any other issue in your case so better improve Japanese skills and re apply. As you have PR I donft think you have any other limitations. All the best !
