i even didnt got any call or any response from homukyoku...its almost 19 mnth after interview.. i think i dont hav any hope nowz... it takes too long and i didnt get any positive sign too.

Don't give up, i think it will be positive if it took that long but they need more time maybe.
If they wanted refuse you it would not take so much time.
Did you try to call you tantosha and ask?

I have a question, reading back the comments to this forum,Some applicants received a call from the Homukyoku for the renounciation certificate then after submitting the documents they will receive the Confirmation call regarding about if there is a change of address,Job plan to go outside the country etc,
But in my case and other applicants they first received a Confirmation call

13days after receiving a verification call,Saw my name posted on Kanpou☺️Finally after 4.5months after interciew.. GOODLUCK everyone I hope you all the best

Visited homukyou Last 2022 nov failed the Japanese test at first try studied Japanewe for a montu returned bu 2022 of Dec got my japanese test done and passed .. requirements were also given.

Finally got my papers completed passed it by 2023 of MAY 9

Got interviewed hy Sept 29

Received a call last feb 6

Its good that you have been approved for the nationality and rejected for PR.
Timeline is quite faster in your case. Less than a year after actual document submission.

Yes at my interview the interviewer told me that i have a chance of being denied because of my 2x Pr application being denied…

I submitted my documents in early December last year, but I haven't received any call for an interview yet.
I would appreciate it if someone could tell me if they are asking me for a reasonable date for the interview or do they give me a specific date for the interview?

Very sad news. Because I got advised by homkyoku for reapply after 5 years. So i lost hope about naturalization. Can i apply PR before 5 years?

sorry to hear your news early moning early march , me too ihave same problem before 1 year but they do not say me to re apply after 5 year they say you can apply after 3 year when your trafic point came back .i have traffic voilation red light （unknowly i had mistake )musi and before1/2 i have caught by traffic because passenger do not take seat bealt so i think that was my reason while i call them . they said may be that but not sure so now i am going to apply pr so may be good thing will come hope soo . do not worry take it easy . may be who know you can get pr so hope good wish good everything will be good .please share your reason what you have doubt ./

what is the total time period for approval.. in my case it almost 22 mnth but no call no result nothing.. what might be the reason for this long time period?? any idea ??
